hdtv resolution differences

When choosing an HDTV, there are a few things to consider before buying. Some of the most beautiful things to watch are the image quality and cost. The Samsung PN50A550 scores well these two areas. It is also important to watch the brand and its history. Samsung is a manufacturer very against television for many years and is one of the best in my opinion, so that definitely gives more to this television.

The first is image quality. All TVs have a maximum resolution they can display, this TV may include a display resolution of 1080p, or Full HD. No higher resolution available from any TV Currently it is so obviously the best on the market has to offer. Not only does HDTV capable of the highest resolution available, but it also some of the most accurate color of any HDTV.

Some other important things to include are all the extra features included with a TV. This TV includes the types of multiple entry, which facilitates contact whatever you want to your TV. This TV has 2 full sets of component inputs, which are perfect for video game systems and DVD players. It also includes entries 3HDMI who are also great for DVD players, cable boxes and other accessories. There are also a number of connectors on this standard and all TVs.

One of the biggest weaknesses of this TV is the reflectivity of the screen. Even though Samsung says This TV includes their "Filter Bright Anti Reflective Technology, he still has a lot of glare on the screen. Obviously, there are times when this can be a very big drop, other times it might not even be noticeable. As the glare issues this TV has trouble with the full benefit of deep dark colors. This TV does have a high contrast ratio, making dark colors better than most other plasma TVs, but it is far from being the best.

Perhaps the biggest thing to consider with this TV is that it is an HDTV plasma rather than LCD. Plasma TVs are slightly older technology, but they still provide some of the best image quality of all televisions. Because it is a plasma screen will have many benefits such as better viewing angle and depth of color, though it also has disadvantages as possibly shorter lifespan and use more power.

Overall, the Samsung PN50A550 is a great TV, if this is just down the price. This TV usually sells around $ 1,700 – $ 2,100 to make it competitive in prices for LCD and plasma screens of similar size. Obviously every TV has its own set of positive and negative traits, and it is important to consider all aspects before buying. Considering all aspects of this television into perspective the price is very good for what it offer and I would give this TV a 8 / 10 Based on performance and price. If it were not for the glare issues this TV would almost perfect, and for the price, you can not beat this TV.
