What is the best way to connect my lcd tv (optical output) to my stereo system which doesnt have optical?
I recently got a LG lcd tv (32LH30) and the only source of audio output is optical. I want to connect my stereo system to this tv but the stereo system is kinda old and doesnt have optical input. Heres a pic of the back of the tv

whats the best and least expensive way of achieving this?
this is for my room so im trying not to spend alot and im not really looking for a receiver unless it is inexpensive
Connect composite cables ( red & white ) output from cable box ( if you have one ) to stereo system input.
