Zone (YoYoGames)

Zone is a fast-paced action shooter. It has lightning quick battles and action-packed blazes of plasma rain. The world in Zone has a simple and charmingly addictive graphics style. Music and sound in the game are reminiscent of arcade games, but with a new flare noticeable in the music. Non-repetitive fast techno brings out the essence of the game.

Earth’s Atmosphere Losing Minute Amounts of Oxygen to Space.

Astronomers and near-Earth space physicists are just now catching up to where plasma cosmologists were 20 years ago. They’ve found that Oxygen ions are accelerated toward space, and think that magnetic fields have something to do with it… A paper plasma cosmology paper from 2 decades ago implies electric fields and currents are responsible. Cool!

Panasonic is showing some stunning new Plasma TV’s at the latest IFA in Berlin. A new trend is getting the panels thinner & more energy efficient. Also WirelessHD technology is used on the new plasma models.
