Should i return my 50 inch panasonic plasma for 1 dead pixel?
I bought this TV 2 weeks ago, but i have 30 days return policy.is it big deal?becasue its hard for me to move this 50 inch tv to best buy…..
It may not be eligible for a replacement if its only one pixel. Depending on how many pixels the tv has, most manufactures only guarantee 99.9 percent of pixels. That one pixel may fall into the .01 percentile. If it isn’t really noticeable, don’t worry about it. If its bugging you, call best buy first and ask.
