Will I have a differance in the purchase of an expensive "120 Hz" cable.?

I'm looking into a single lot quickly, and it will definitely be 120 Hz. get a 120Hz 1080p is worth the price if you buy an HDTV. Now consider the fact that I am a spirit electronicly person and I do not see flicker in motion. I have an old 1080i TV, old enough that it is a 4:3. and when I group rock playing I just can not read the words as they move across the screen. I do not think that 3 to 6 feet HDMI cable may have to loss of many of them. but I began to see the ratings on some cables Hz expensive. Is this just a way to make people spend more bs money, or does the width and amount of sunshine accually how fast a digital signal can travel through a piece of wire?

It's marketing BS. Think of it this way, the 120 Hz refresh is done in TV. Why is the cable that brings the refresh rate of 60Hz signal have no effect on the ability of 120Hz? It's just another way of trying to peddle cables $ 100, when a $ 20 cable will do.
